Director of Human Resources

Saint Simeon's Episcopal Home, a Tulsa leader in geriatric care, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their leadership team. The Director would plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the Human Resource processes, programs and regulations for our long term care facility. This individual would be a generalist in focus, with responsibilities in recruitment, Workers’ Compensation, policies and procedures, governmental reviews, etc

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or other appropriate field) with at least 5 years of experience in the Human Resources area. (Previous experience in the healthcare field is a plus.) He/She must have excellent written and oral communications skills as well as excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). In addition, the successful candidate would embrace the dynamic nature of the Human Resource environment by utilizing multi-tasking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
